In his Kindle Single Cautionary Tales, actor Stephen Tobolowsky (Glee and a million other shows: you know him) explains his theory of decision making: 65% of what the average adult does is determined by what they need, 25% by what they want, and 10% by the Rolling Stones, that is, by that area of the brain between the left and right hemispheres that "triggers behavior reminiscent of the Rolling Stones on tour." Tobolowsky tells stories about several occasions in his life when Mick Jagger hijacked his own decision-making, both as a child and an adult, when he wound up doing--or almost doing--things he didn't want to do but couldn't manage to walk away from. Experiences triggered by our inner Mick Jaggers burn themselves into our memories and lead to regret, but they're also the stuff of funny memoirs. Tobolowsky is a good storyteller, and Cautionary Tales is worth a quick read.

I actually quite enjoyed this one. Read it during my holidays and found it to be quite refreshing in it's candor with quite a few funny parts.
